The validity window starts from the purchase date. You must activate the eSIM (connect to a local network at your destination) within the validity period. Days are counted from first activation.
After consuming the included high-speed data allowance, the carrier may throttle speeds in accordance with their Fair Use Policy. Throttled data is still usable for messaging and light browsing.
This product requires an eSIM-compatible device. Refunds are not available for incompatible devices, so please verify compatibility before purchasing.

Disable your home carrier's data roaming before departure. Leaving roaming ON may result in unexpected charges from your home carrier on top of the eSIM plan.
Once an eSIM is activated, it cannot be re-downloaded if deleted. Be careful not to delete the eSIM profile during your trip.
Non-refundable once the QR code is scanned or the eSIM is installed on a device. Unused plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the QR code has not been scanned.
